Side Effects of Surgical Treatment for Penis Enlargement
Since 1971, surgical penis enlargement has been available for men with congenital abnormalities (present at birth) problems resulting from operations (penile cancer or Peyronie's disease) or trauma (accidental or deliberate amputation).
Cosmetic surgery to increase the size of the penis in the United States began in the late eighties. More than 10,000 people have been subjected to these interventions, but have not released data on outcomes and complications in subsequent publications solvents (ie, journals whose quality of content is endorsed by independent experts). Given the number of operations performed, this does not cease to surprise and suspiciously alarming.
Penis Enlargement: The most common technique for penis enlargement involves cutting the suspensory ligament and implement procedures for plastic surgery to cover the extension of the limb.
The surgeons have not collected data systematically, so the results are difficult to evaluate. The results indicate that dividing the suspensory ligament alone, achieved an average increase of about 0.5 cm of the length of the penis, while the addition of skin resulting in increased up to 1.6 cm. These figures do not match the ads to make some private clinics. Logically, some surgeons get better results than others.

The results of fat injection after liposuction can be quite disappointing. About 90% of the fat can disappear within a year. Grafts seem a better solution, but there are no published reliable data on long-term results.
